Please join us via ZOOM for a presentation by Coll Thrush, professor of history at the University of British Columbia. He will address how early European settlers direly needed help from Indigenous neighbors, but also endeavored to drive them away. “A Tale of Three Cities: Urban History, Settler Colonialism, and Indigenous Survivance in Seattle, Vancouver, and Victoria” will address the story of urban development in Cascadia
