The Buffalo Soldiers Museum (Tacoma) presents Celebrating Buffalo Soldiers & Negro League Baseball, Thursday, February 25, 2021, @ 6:30pm.
“A Virtual Panel Conversation: Celebrating Buffalo Soldiers and Negro League Baseball,” will be held to honor the legacy of the Buffalo Soldiers and Negro League contributions to American baseball history.
The panel includes:
Billy North – 1973 World Series Champion – Stolen Bases Title
Aaron Pointer – Sports Illustrated in 2019 “The Hard Road to .400”
Joe Staton – Seattle Native who played in Major League
Lyle Wilson – Researcher and Writer “Sunday Afternoons at Garfield Park”
