AKCHO Awards–Nominations Deadline

The Awards Committee welcomes your recommendations for worthy projects, events, persons, or organizations for the 2021 AKCHO Awards. Review the Award Categories at http://www.akcho.org/available-awards and use this form to submit your nomination. Please use a separate nomination form for each candidate.

The AKCHO Awards Committee identifies, researches, and reviews a list of potential award recipients for each category. After careful deliberation, the Committee submits a slate of recommendations for award recipients in each category to the AKCHO Board for approval in early March.
